Muscle pain.

 

Sometimes I get muscle pain in my shoulders and neck because of physical strain or sometimes stress.

I have tested a remedy that works. Try this:

 

25 drops of black seed oil.

1 ts of coconut oil.

7 drops of peppermint essential oil.

5 drops of lavender essential oil.

 

- Mix it together and massage it onto the painfull muscles.
